At Meat Pack MNL, your satisfaction matters, and so does your safety!

For Food Items:

Due to strict sanitary and health considerations, we do not accept returns on any of our food products. Once an item has been handed over to the buyer, we can no longer take it back. That said, if you have any concerns about your order, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

For Non-Food Merchandise (Shirts, Caps, etc.):

Exchanges may be accommodated within 3 days of purchase, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with tags intact. Please know that we observe this timeframe strictly due to hygiene reasons. Kindly contact us to arrange the exchange process.
